A sense of journey.
A feel for the room.
I’m DJ NINE SA, based in Malmesbury and travelling for bookings in Cape Town, the Cape Winelands and the wider Western Cape. My work spans events, clubs and festivals, with a different approach for each setting.
My public artist profile describes more than a decade behind the decks and a connection to melodic techno and cinematic storytelling. That narrative side is also visible in the original catalogue, with releases such as Juliet in Neon, Ophelia’s Dream and Midsummer Mirage.
An event brief starts with the people and the occasion. For a wedding it might be the songs that mean something to a couple; for a restaurant, the atmosphere around the tables; for a club or festival, the direction of the room or stage. The useful question is always how the music should feel in that setting.
This website brings those sides together: artist releases, mixes and playlists to explore, service pages for different occasions and equipment starting points to make the planning conversation clearer.
