The performance block is tailored to your programme and confirmed in writing. This draft does not promise a fixed number of hours. Share the music start and finish times, speeches, special cues and any breaks so the booking can be scoped properly.
No. They are proposed indoor planning guides. Room dimensions, indoor/outdoor use, audience coverage, sound restrictions and power affect the final technical choice.
The planner adds another marked-up equipment day while keeping the proposed DJ/music-planning allowance once. It does not include an extra DJ performance. Collection and return timing can create additional hire days; extra artist time is quoted separately.
Yes. Send the booth, PA and monitoring specification. An artist-only quote or revised package can be prepared after compatibility and the venue system are checked.
These packages are not festival production specifications. Larger crowds, outdoor stages, multiple sound areas and special technical requirements need a custom assessment and quote.
