Confirm audience size, PA, monitoring, decks, mixer, soundcheck and the technical team. Artist performance and event production are distinct parts of the quote.
The practical brief
Agree arrival time, artist access, travel from Malmesbury and any overnight stay. Include the site’s weather cover, power plan and event contacts in the advance.

Festival bookings deserve a technical conversation of their own. An outdoor audience, a tented stage and a club room do not behave the same way, and a guest estimate alone cannot determine the sound system.
The three DJ packages on this website are intended as planning starting points for events up to around 150 guests. They should not be treated as complete festival production. Larger crowds, outdoor stages, multiple sound zones and special effects are scoped separately with the production requirements.

No. Those are proposed starting points for smaller events. Festival audiences, outdoor sites, multiple stages and production riders require a separate technical assessment and custom quote.
What should a promoter send for a festival booking?+
Send the event date, site, stage, proposed slot, set length, audience size, running order and technical rider. Add artist access, soundcheck arrangements and any accommodation requirements.
Can I book an artist set without hiring your equipment?+
Yes—an artist-only booking can be discussed where the promoter supplies suitable production. The available decks, mixer and monitoring must be checked before confirmation.
